Communication Group “Effective Solutions” has developed the media concept and conducted the press conference of Karpatnaftochim Ltd which is one of the leading enterprises in the petrochemical industry. The media event was dedicated to the launch of producing of the polyvinyl chloride slurry in Ukraine. The unique PVC-plant has been presented by General Director Serhiy Schmyhalov.
